Actor Owen Wilson has been hospitalized after a possible suicide attempt. Wilson had slit his left wrist and taken unidentified pills in an attempt to kill himself at his Santa Monica home. Wilson was transported to Saint John's Health Center after being discovered by a family member who called 911.
Wilson, 38, has starred in a number of successful films, including "Wedding Crashers," "You, Me and Dupree," "The Royal Tenenbaums," for which he earned a writing Academy Award nomination, and "Zoolander." He is a member of Hollywood's "Frat Pack" and a notorious bachelor nicknamed "the Butterscotch Stallion."
